WE SIGN & DEPOSIT
Service agreement signed, 50% deposit secures the date. FAA airspace cleared, site permissions confirmed.
Step 3
We Fly, We Capture, We Edit.
Weather-dependent, always safety-first. If conditions aren’t right, we reschedule, no extra charge.
Step 4
YOU got mail.
Proofs with watermarks first. Full balance due before final delivery. Delivered digitally within 5–7 business days. Can work faster with notice. Larger productions can take longer.

The fine print.
Payment terms
50% deposit due at signing. Remaining balance due before final media is released. Late payments incur a 5% weekly fee.
Cancellations
48-hour notice required to reschedule at no cost. Cancellations under 48 hours: 100% of project fee is due. Deposits are non-refundable.
weather
Drone flights & most outdoor productions are weather-dependent. If conditions are unsafe, we reschedule — no extra charge to you.
Revisisons
Edit package includes a revision round. Additional edits billed at $75/hr with a one-hour minimum. Must be requested within 3 days of delivery. At the end of the day I want you to love your media.
Insurance
Drone liability insurance available on request. Custom coverage quoted and billed separately. Request in writing within 48 hours of signing.
Licensing
All media remains intellectual property of J. Osborne Media. Client receives a non-exclusive license for agreed uses.Resale requires written approval.
